Why You Should Get Involved
Women-of every ethnicity-are being paid less than their male counterparts for doing the exact same work.
A woman is paid between 54-80cents for every (1) dollar a white male is paid even though their education, qualifications, experience, age or race are the same.
Millions of women will faithfully go to work today, tomorrow and beyond (and work just as hard if not harder) than their male counterparts for a lesser paycheck.
This exploitation cycle will continue unless we [all] rally together and lift our voices and influence to make a changed society.
